While Club Penguin has not officially announced that they are working on a Puffle Wild app for Android, a listing on a Disney employee’s LinkedIn profile confirms that it is indeed in the works.
Along with bug fixes Club Penguin has added some small new features to their mobile app. The first update you’ll notice right away, as it shows up with the app is loading. Rather than a blue background with a spinning arrow I got a big green loading screen with the text “Adopt a Puffle”.

Club Penguin’s first party of 2015, the Star Wars Rebels Takeover, is now happening on the island!
Today the mobile Club Penguin app on iOS and Android has been updated to version 1.6.2. Along with a cool new temporary icon for the Star Wars Rebels Takeover it also has some bug fixes.
Club Penguin has released a new newspaper! This is their 22nd of January edition. This is the fourth issue of 2015 and it brings us to a total of 483 published newspaper issues. The main headline is this week’s newspaper is about the rebels being wanted.
Two weeks has passed since Club Penguin released the Rebels Pin so a new pin has been hidden on the island! The new pin is the Imperial Pin.
On the 21st of January Club Penguin has had minor updates in 2013 and 2014. With the exception of one update they all pertain to logoff screens.
