On This Day In Club Penguin History – November 10

On the 10th of November Club Penguin has updated in 2006, 2008, and 2011. In 2006 a new pin was released, in 2008 the snowed-in Dojo was updated, and in 2011 there was a new field op and new furniture and igloo catalogues.

In 2006 there was just a single update, a new pin. The Jet Pack Pin, Club Penguin’s 18th pin overall, was the first pin to be hidden at the Beach.  The Jet Pack Pin was released to go along with the release of the Jet Pack Adventure game, which was launched four days earlier.

In 2008 the Dojo reopening was going to be happening soon, so a sign was added to the Dojo saying “Training Coming November 17”, referring to Card-Jitsu. The snowed-in Dojo Courtyard was updated too, with more of the Dojo’s exterior being revealed since it had been completely covered with snow.

Sorry it’s not in English

The last year to have updates on this day in November is 2011. There were three updates. The first update was a new field op, the 55th one. For this mission you had to go to the Pet Shop. The mini-game to complete the mission was to power the chipset by guiding the micro battery.

Back in 2011 the furniture and igloo catalogues were separate, so both were updated. The igloo catalogue contained one new item, the Woven Rice Mat Flooring. The furniture catalogue featured new ninja related items such as the Ninja Gate, Training Dummy, and Noodle Stand, which is without a doubt Thinknoodles’ favourite item.
