Club Penguin Blog: New Penguin Colour Coming Soon!
As promised by Happy77 on the Club Penguin YouTube channel just under two weeks ago, Billybob has (finally) made a post about the Arctic White colour. He said there is a new colour coming to Club Penguin soon that many penguins have requested – white!
He said there is a brand new experience in the next few months where you can unlock the new colour, although he declined to elaborate at this time. It’s most likely related to my theory (whether it be right or wrong) that Club Penguin plans to introduce a new type of unlockable items, although I don’t know for sure. Also, as pointed out by Corwo in the comments, could it be related to the upcoming My Penguin mobile application Club Penguin is busy at work developing? (post 1) (post 2) Only time will tell for sure.

If you want to make a theory about this Train, my personal belief is that it will be released with the ‘My Penguin App’ and to get the color you must enter the My Penguin Room.

yeah it could have to do sometinge with the my penguin app, maybe its has some mini games and then u can earn items or coins.Like the nintendo ds games, u can upload items from tge game to clubpengguin

I have a similar theory, maybe the snowballs are paint balls and you need to work together as a team to turn your penguin white, then you need to put it on your penguin using the My Penguin App, refer to my other theory about the app on the My Penguin Room post comment I made on clubpenguin.cc
Sorta off topic but I think you should do party reviews on CPMemories. (Like with your opinion on parties and everything, if you can)

i hope its not a unlock because then lots of penguins will try to get the color by using programs ( hacks ) to get the color
‘My Penguin’ eh? I’ve been working on something with EXACTLY the same name! Better find a different name I guess! :P
Maybe Club Penguin is working to something similar to what I was doing. The My Penguin I was making was a simple drag-and-drop clothing game. A penguin dress-up to be exact. As Corwo pointed out, it might be a mobile app. So I predict this mobile app will be a simple dress-up game with exclusive unlockables and perhaps some other features.
