On This Day In Club Penguin History – April 15
On the 15th of April Club Penguin has updated in 2011. That year the Norman Swarm Has Been Transformed play returned to the Stage, a login screen advertising the Earth Day Party was released, and Rockhopper’s ship was closer to the island when looking through the telescope.
The April 2011 showing of Norman Swarm Has Been Transformed was the second and final showing of this particular play. This stage play is the only play that has had two rooms. To access the second room you had to have four penguins stand on the rock O’s, and one of those four players must be wearing a costume from the catalogue. After they did all that, the large rock on the set would move and reveal a hidden path, which you could take to the second room. In the second room there was a second thing of rocks for penguins to stand on. When they stood on them the treasure chest in the room would open, revealing the Quartz Pin.
Also on this day in 2011 a login screen advertising the 2011 Earth Day Party was added. It featured penguins at the Mine Shack working on the community garden. The text on the login screen said “You’re changing the world. Earth Day April 21 – 26.”
The final update in 2011 was Rockhopper’s ship, the Migrator, being closer in the telescope.
