On the 15th of September Club Penguin has updated in 2006 and 2011. In 2006 a new furniture catalogue was released and a new pin was hidden. In 2011 Club Penguin released their first ever app, Puffle Launch. Not only that, but crates for the Fair were placed at the Beach and the play at the Stage was changed.
In 2006 a new furniture catalogue was released. The theme of the new furniture was purple items, as you can see below.
Also a new pin, the Lighthouse Pin, was also hidden. It was at the Plaza on the lamp post. This was Club Penguin’s 14th pin overall and the second one to be hidden at the Plaza.
Fast forwarding to 2011, the biggest update was Puffle Launch for iOS being released. This was Club Penguin’s first ever mobile app. The Android version was released several weeks later.
Aside from the app there was two in-game updates. Crates of decorations were placed at the Beach for the Fair and Fairy Fables was re-released at the Stage for a fifth time.
