Based on an email from Club Penguin Support as well as an article found online, I have some information about We Wish You a Merry Walrus’ air date on Disney Channel in the United States as well as Portugal, and also when it will be available on iTunes and how much it will cost. Here’s the email Azerty15 showed me from Club Penguin:
It reads:
Hi there,
I’m happy to announce that along with the air dates in the UK “We Wish You A Merry Walrus” at this time will also be available to download in Canada and the U.S.A as of December 18th ($1.99 SD, $2.99 HD) and will air in the U.S.A on the Disney Channel at 6pm on the evening of December 24th! and 9am on the morning of December 25th! Be sure to keep up to date on all things Club Penguin.
Right now my television guide shows “I Didn’t Do It – Merry Sis-Mas” and Dog With a Blog “Bark! The Herald Angels Sing” as airing in those time slots so I guess it will change to We Wish You A Merry Walrus in the near future.
Azerty also sent me a link to this article, which says it will be airing in Portugal at 12:00 noon on December 20th.

I’ve seen Dog With a Blog once, never seen I Didn’t Do It though.
Despite my previous suspicions that this e-mail is a fake due to poor punctuation and grammar use, after calling Club Penguin, these times and dates are confirmed! It is also very likely the UK and certain European countries (eg. Portugal, Germany, France, Spain) will get the iTunes release on the same day at a similar price tag.

I was a little suspicious too but Azerty has a proven track record and not all emails from CP are 100% properly written. :)
