If you need to meet Herbert still, log on to the server Breeze at 3:00 PM PST – roughly 20 minutes from me posting this! He’ll be in the usual Ski Village/Lair area. I recommend going on early before the area gets full! The Herbert Tracker run by the tracking team and myself will be updated with his location. Good luck, and don’t forget to get his stamp and background if you haven’t already!

I am so sad. I have not met Herbert at all. I almost met him on Blizzard but the loading took forever, and he was gone by the time I was there. Please update the tracker as frequent as you can so I can get a chance!
