If you need to meet Herbert still, log on to the server Breeze at 3:00 PM PST – roughly 20 minutes from me posting this! He’ll be in the usual Ski Village/Lair area. I recommend going on early before the area gets full! The Herbert Tracker run by the tracking team and myself will be updated with his location. No idea.
I am so sad. I have not met Herbert at all. I almost met him on Blizzard but the loading took forever, and he was gone by the time I was there. Please update the tracker as frequent as you can so I can get a chance!
