Billybob just tweeted this, saying it is coming in November and can’t say more. It looks like it’s Elite Penguin Force related…hmm…maybe the blackout?
Also what’s the 00:00:09:11 for? A time stamp (such as 9 seconds and 11 milliseconds into a video) maybe? Coming November 9th? (since November is the 11th month of the year)

I think the penguin on the left is wearing the Optic Headset. The penguin on the right looks like it has a Grappling hook in it’s hand, just like in Herbert’s Revenge. The penguin in the middle, with what looks like a Sat-Pack on its back, looks like it is going to put on a pair of glasses. The smoke in the background is very interesting also, maybe an electrical device or system is going to start to smoke. I think Operation: Blackout is going to come in November.

I think I know. On November 9th (911) CP might have their very own 9.11 where the Lighthouse is blown up by Herbert and we have to save ourselves!
i don’t think Disney would base an event on 9/11. Little kids would be traumatized and 9/11 just isn’t something to make parties out of. It just isn’t.
