New EPF Message From Dot On Club Penguin

There is a new EPF Spy Phone message, this time from Dot.  It reads:

Heads up – I was disguised as a soccer ball at the Stadium, and I saw a crab rushing around. I suggest we investigate.

I wonder if Club Penguin Field Ops 36 is on the way?
