He meant, to word it differently and probably incorrectly, “2010 and only 2010” as in:
September 24th in Club Penguin’s past falls on the year 2010
and 2010 only – two years ago.
BTW, “to word it differently and probably incorrectly” was an appositive, not what Train meant.
