April 25, 2016 Penguin of the Week – Cupcake659

By / May 17, 2016

It turns out a brief moment of scandal rocked the Club Penguin community back in the middle April, as the April 18th Penguin of the Week, Huge R5 Fan, was caught for using a furniture adder. Her penguin is only 400 days old yet she has items such as the Stainless Steel Stove, which hasn’t been available since 2013.

This hasn’t been the first time a penguin of the week has been caught breaking one of Club Penguin’s rules. Back in December I caught someone else. I wonder if either of them were banned once caught?

Anyway, back to the main topic. Here’s Megg’s Penguin of the Week blog post and apology. Originally her post said it was last week’s Penguin of the Week, but she later edited to say a previous post so it wasn’t specific.

Hi Penguins!

In a previous PoTW post, we chose a penguin that had broken a very important Club Penguin rule. While we cannot take back the nomination, we have taken steps to make sure this doesn’t happen again in the future. We’d also like to thank everyone for understanding that mistakes do happen, and for helping keep our community a safe and fun place. :)

Now, without further ado, here’s this week’s Penguin of the Week!

Cupcake659 was nominated to be Penguin of the Week by Lulu90266!

Here is their nomination:

“I would like to nominate my bestie Cupcake659. I think she should be nominated because she always has my back. I have known her since first grade and she loves nature. Also, Cupcake659 should be POTW because I can trust her and I know she can trust me. Whenever I am sad she cheers me up. -Lulu90266”
