On the 7th of April there’s only been an update in 2006. The Penguin Style was updated for that month.
The April 2006 Penguin Style featured some formal wear and other items such as the Bunny Slippers. This is the only known picture of the catalogue:

I’m not sure if this DID change or not, but if memory serves, Scorn’s status in the EPF handbook is changed to “Concern”, and also the secret info says “May be a Looming Threat”
Last time I remember it was “Unknown” and the secret was “May Still be active” (or something like that)
