On This Day In Club Penguin History – October 1

On the 1st of October Club Penguin has updated in 2008 and 2010. In 2008 more prizes were available at the Fall Fair and in 2010 there was a new Penguin Style and a new login screen for the Halloween Party.

In 2008 the nonmember prize booth at the Fall Fair was updated with new prizes, specifically the Blue Cotton Candy, Paddle Ball, and Carousel Background. There was a member prize booth at this Fair but no new items were added to it.

Moving ahead to 2010, that year two updates occurred. The first was that month’s Penguin Style catalogue being released. Just like every October’s Penguin Style it contained new Halloween costumes that players could buy as long as they were a member. New costumes included The Count, the Lady Frankenpenguin, and the Witch.

The other update in 2010 was a new login screen counting down the days to the Halloween Party.

  1. Hey trainman, you know how you used to record club penguin Disney channel commercials? How did you record the screen directly without holding a camera to the tv?

    • There are different hardware pieces you can buy (I have something called a HDHomerun) which allow you to record television to your computer.
