On the 27th of September Club Penguin has updated in 2010 and 2012. In 2010 there was a new treasure book and a new field op mission was now available. In 2012 there was a new field op mission, a new treasure book, and more prizes at the Fair.
The new treasure book released on this day in 2010 was Club Penguin’s 10th one. The main new object in the 10th treasure book was some new exclusive items, shown beow:
The other update on this day in 2010 was a new field op mission. It was the 16th one. For this mission you had to go to the left side of the Dance Lounge. The field op mini-game was charging the microchip by guiding the battery.
Just like 2010, this day in 2012 also featured a new field op. It was Club Penguin’s 101st one. You had to go to the Stadium and play the mini-game where you destroy the circuits.
Another update in 2012 was a new treasure book, the 18th one overall. It featured all new items ranging from zombie costumes to casual wear.
The final update in 2012 was many new prizes now being available at the two Fair prize booths booths. At the nonmember prize booth, which was located at the Forest, a total of four items were added. The Taa Daa was the only new item, while three items from past years returned: the Lollipop, the Sundae Surprise, and the Fair Beacon Background. At the member prize booth three items from past years were added. Those three items were the Red Racer, Teddy Bear, and Fair Background. There was also a hidden Ice Cream Cone item.
