Royal Week Now Happening On Mobile
After a several day delay, Royal Week is now happening on mobile. It’s a small event. There’s no decorations, just items you can collect. I actually already had all four items. You can dress up as a king and a queen with the items.
The items will be available for one week only, so make sure you collect them before they’re gone!

You just tap them when the popup appears after logging in. If you’re having trouble you can contact Club Penguin Support.

not to sound like the biggest downer on the face of this Earth but if there are no decorations, very little items and everything is basically the same as always is then what’s the point?
It’s for players that don’t already have the royal items
simple solution: put them in the clothes so EVERYONE can get them :P
