Hmm…could it be relating to System Defender at all? After all, the game does have an unreleased 7th and 8th level…I’m probably wrong but you never know!

Looking the icon, I think you are right Train!Although, it could be some new gadgets on the Spy Phone. I mean look at the second icon left of the penguin’s left hand: The icon is from a Field Ops mission with recharging system.
Maybe it’s actually Operation: Black Out 2.
