Stamp books on Club Penguin have been updated with an all new stamp. This brings the current stamp total to 293. The new stamp is labeled “Trick-or-treat”. You unlock it, you need to visit 10 igloos that are the new trick-or treat igloo. I recommend going into a highly populated server and visiting all the open igloos on the map to unlock it.
