How To Unlock The Explorer Stamp (and Monster Mash!) At Club Penguin Great Snow Race

After being told you cannot unlock the Explorer stamp at the Great Snow Race I did some investigating. It turns out you can, it’s just not programmed to work in the right rooms at this party.

While it’s an extensive list, to unlock it go to the following rooms – it does not matter the order however you must be a member to unlock it.
