If you check out your Spy Phone on Club Penguin, you will notice two new messages. One from Gary, and one from Herbert P. Bear. The first one is from Gary:
It reads:
Transmitting to all frequencies. Herbert – why are you attacking us? We thought you had changes your ways. You helped us save the island once!
The next one is from Herbert.
This one reads:
Tick tock agents. I’ve left you a special surprise somewhere. I don’t mean you ‘box’ you in, but if I were you, I’d hurry up and find it…
My guess is it has to do with one of the Puffle Party boxes.
