If you open up his playercard you’ll also be able to add him and get his background if you haven’t already! The background Rookie is giving out is the same dimension one from last year.

Rookie is mainly found in crowded servers, but can and will visit more quiet ones. You have the best chance finding him in any of the dimension rooms.

I collect locations from around the web. If I find a mascot on my own, it’s just luck.

Hey trainman, when does the tracker updates ? I met rookie 5 times today in just 3 hours of tracking :)

Dunno, but I know it’s a recent wig.
I got it from treasure book 13, but I still can’t find the name. The yellow version of this (The Sun Rays) and the black version of this (The Trend) were just out in recent catalogs.
Just found out that it is called The Scenester :D

ps: about the new collor arctic white , u can already get it on cp but u will get banned for 3 days and most of the uocoming treasure book items are permeable to + some are already released and some items are showed with a X :)
