The F.I.S.H. (Factual Informative Spy Handbook) was located in the HQ, which was strictly for secret agents in the PSA. (Penguin Secret Agency) This catalog told everything you needed to do as a secret agent, gave classified information, and even a few secrets. You could also purchase some clothes in this catalog, too. After the PSA was destroyed in early 2010 and replaced by the EPF, this book/catalog was removed.
