The University Room was added to Club Penguin on the 11th of July in 2013. This room was released right after the Monsters University Takeover. This room replaced the Recycling Center. You can also access the Stadium from this room.

Look at the university now. The board looks different, and has Herbert, Klutzy, and an anniversary penguin on it. I think it may change each month, but we don’t notice it.
I don’t see them on the board, but it does have different chalk drawings than what’s shown in the picture on this page. http://devii.in/VLX4
