Club Penguin Herbert Meetup Times
On the French Club Penguin Blog Loustik005 from the team has posted a few times you can meet Herbert in the game so you can get his stamp, add him, and obtain his background! Here are the times. Add 3 hours to them if you live on the East Coast of the United States or 8 hours if you live in the United Kingdom. Be sure to log in to the French server Yeti. Same goes for Mousqueton.
- Friday, November 16th in the server Yéti at 3:30 AM PST and in the server Mousqueton at 11:00 AM PST.
- Saturday, November 17th in the server Yéti at 3:30 AM PST and in the server Mousqueton at 9:00 AM PST.
- Sunday, November 18th in the server Yéti at 3:00 AM PST and in the server Mousqueton at 6:00 AM PST.

It depends where in Australia.
The place I live has the same timing for some places like Perth , I believe. For Yeti on Friday and Saturday is at 1930. While on Sunday it is at 1900. For Mousqueton , Friday is at 0300 , Saturday at 0100 and Sunday at 2200 :) I hoped I helped you! :)
