Update: Club Penguin removed his ship from the telescope, so it means it was a bug. (Thanks Xbird)
It looks like Rockhopper is on his way back to Club Penguin, as in the Telescope you can see his ship out in the distance! This is rather unexpected. Why do you think he is coming?
