On This Day In Club Penguin History – February 11
On the 11th of February Club Penguin has only updated in 2011. Some of the updates that happened on that day were a new igloo and a new pin.
In the igloo catalogue for February 2011 there was one new igloo, the In Half Igloo. Members could purchase it for 2,300 coins. Along with the new igloo catalogue for the month there was also a new furniture catalogue. It specialised in some new puffle related items, as February’s theme was all about the fluffy critters. The third and final igloo related update on this day in 2011 was new igloo music. Four new tracks were added. They were Brown Puffle Lab, Pre-historic Rock, Puffle Party, and Flipper Jig.
Item wise, Club Penguin released not one, but two new pins. The Blue Puffle Pin was hidden at the Lodge Attic and the Red Puffle Pin was hidden at the Hidden Lake. The Blue Puffle Pin is the ninth pin to be hidden in the Lodge Attic and the Red Puffle Pin is the second pin to be hidden at the Hidden Lake. These pins are Club Penguin’s 147th and 148th pins overall.
The final few updates on this day in 2011 were preparations for the Puffle Party, a new TestBots level in System Defender, the new Test Bot Trio stamp to go along with it, a login screen advertising the Puffle Party, an EPF message from Dot telling the agents about the System Defender update, and, finally, Club Penguin had sent out a new Parent Update newsletter.
