On This Day In Club Penguin History – June 11

By / June 11, 2014

On June 11, 2010 there was several changes on Club Penguin. First off, Ruby and the Ruby returned to the Stage. The postcard catalog was also updated. Aside from that, there were three other things. The 2010 Adventure Party construction began with the boxes being placed around the island, there was a new login screen, and finally some EPF related updates.

The June 11, 2010 showing of Ruby and the Ruby was Club Penguin’s third one. If you followed the clues in the script you would find the Ruby Pin in the safe behind the painting on the wall. Along with Ruby and the Ruby being rereleased the featured postcards were updated. The new postcards were “Follow Me!”, “Night Club Color Party”, and “Ruby and the Ruby”.

Moving on to the Adventure Party related updates, boxes of decorations were placed in the Town, Plaza, Cove, and Beach. At the Beach you could find one of Gary’s inventions, the Flare Flinger 3000. When you clicked it it would launch some flares in the sky in hopes of getting Rockhopper’s attention. There was also a new login screen advertising the Island Adventure Party. It read “Adventure are everywhere. Choose yours! Starting June 18th.”

Finally, agents could now access the VR Room, a room no longer available on Club Penguin. The VR room, which stands for Virtual Reality room, allowed you to see how the past looks of the PSA (Penguin Secret Agency) HQ.
