Herbert will be on Club Penguin for Operation Puffle. The team has begun giving out some mascot meetup times in order to help those who want to meet him. He does have a new background. All times listed are PST. For EST add three hours to the PST times and for the UK add eight hours to the PST times. PST is the time shown on the clock tower at the Snow Forts. All the servers are English servers unless otherwise stated. Remember, there is no specific room Herbert will be in so check out the whole server!
I will update this post whenever Club Penguin gives out new meetup times to be sure to check back throughout Operation Puffle for more!
