Club Penguin Rookie Meetup Times For Halloween Party 2013 (Many More Added)
Rookie is waddling around the island during Club Penguin’s 2013th Halloween Party! This is the first time Rookie has appeared at a Halloween Party, as the past few years it was Gary waddling around as the mascot. In this post I will be updating this post with any official meetup time Club Penguin gives out, so be sure to check back for more times throughout the party! All times are in PST, which is the time shown on the clock tower at the Snow Forts. For EST you add three hours to the PST times, so for example 9:30 AM PST is 12:30 PM EST. For the UK you add eight hours to the PST times, so for example 9:30 AM PST is 5:30 PM PST. All of the servers are English servers unless stated otherwise in the meetup time.
Thursday, October 31st
- 2:00 AM PST on the server Sherbet
- 4:15 AM PST on the Portuguese server Neblina
- 9:05 AM PST on the Portuguese server Zero Grau
- 9:30 AM PST on the server Fog
- 11:00 AM PST on the German server Handschuhe
- 12:00 PM PST on the Portuguese server Ventilador
Friday, November 1st
- 6:20 AM PST on the Portuguese server Deu Branco
- 9:30 AM PST on the Portuguese server Friaca
- 2:15 PM PST on the Portuguese server Sundae

Trainman i think the club penguins birthday party is on 24th of october and the colour birthbay cake and the party hat is rainbow i hope i im right.

I can not understand what you mean with the EST and PST.
Is 9:30 am pst – 5:30 pm pst? 8 hours
And
11 am pst – 2:00 pm est? 3 hours

I clarified it in the post. For EST you add three hours to PST, so if the meetup time is 9:30 AM PST that’s 12:30 PM PST in the EST time zone. (and 5:30 PM PST in the UK time zone)

2. If Operation: Puffle is in November, then why did Spike Hike say that there would be original parties until the end of the year? Operation: Puffle wouldn’t be considered original, or is it just no ad parties?
