Club Penguin Rookie Meetup Times – July 2013
To go along with the release the University room Rookie is waddling around Club Penguin! After all, he could definitely be a lot smarter than he currently is… :P 
Here I will keep track of any official meetup times Club Penguin posts to meet him. If you meet him you can get his background and stamp.
All of the times given are in PST. For EST add three hours to the PST times or for the UK add eight hours to the PST times. I will update this post whenever I get more meetup times.
UPDATE: Rookie has left Club Penguin.

hi train just leting you know that im still here but a few things, im on vacation in Colombia and you really need to update for outside the U.S. Also can i be the panguin of the week. sorry i didnt put a question,mark these annoying Colombian computers.

Is it PST or UK time?
The times are PST. If you want UK times just add eight hours to the times given.
