My Penguin Mobile Apps Q&A Help

By / May 8, 2013

Club Penguin has added some My Penguin information under the support section of their website! Here are all of the questions and answers that they have. Most notably, the original iPad (first generation) does not support the application (ugh!) and requires iOS 5 or higher. The application is of course free and is about 100MB in size.

Why doesn’t my penguin name appear online as it does in the app?

If you created a penguin on the app, you will be able to see your name at first.

However, when you are logged in online, your name will show up as a series of numbers after the letter ‘P’, e.g. P12345678. This is temporary until the penguin name has been approved by the moderation team.

How do I save my progress on my games in the app?

Your game progress will only be saved for Pufflescape on your device. Once levels are unlocked, all accounts who log into the device will have access to unlocked levels.

Uninstalling the app will cause you to lose all your saved data.

Puffle Rescue, Puffle Roundup, Sushi Drop, and Ice Fishing do not save progress.
