PSA: Missing Buddies? Don’t Worry, It’s a Bug!
I noticed something weird on Club Penguin today after their updates for this week. I lost over 300 buddies! I went from 825 buddies before the updates to 403/404 friends. There’s no way someone got onto my account and deleted friends or they deleted me. 
Club Penguin’s buddy lists have had a lot of bugs, but not missing buddies. For example, up until tonight Pengumile was my buddy on Club Penguin. He hasn’t removed me, but he’s no longer on my list!
Being my usual investigative self, I did a little research. I asked on Twitter if anyone else was missing buddies, and they said yes. Some lost 50 friends, 500 friends, or even none. I spoke to Pengumile to confirm he hadn’t removed me, and he hadn’t. We both logged onto the server. While according to my list he is no longer my buddy, I’m still on his! I still had the green ring around my penguin on his computer, too. So basically, it’s a one sided issue. I’m missing buddies, but I’m still on those missing buddy’s friends lists. I emailed Club Penguin to report the bug and I received the following. It’s their usual response, but it’s still helpful and they are aware of this issue luckily.
Thanks for taking the time to let us know that this is happening. We are aware of this issue, and are working hard at getting the problem fixed as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, we really appreciate your patience and encourage you to let us know if you come across any other bugs that need to be squished!
I just hope this (and all the other buddy list bugs) are fixed soon. And yes, I am my own buddy on Club Penguin. No, it can’t be done anymore.

Trainman thats not a bug club penguin from now they dont allow more than 500 buddie i talked to the support they said because we dont allow you to have more than 500 buddies anymore !!!!!
