The issue this month is a superhero special and comes with a code to unlock the Fish Dog Outfit. (Hat and Pouch) The code will also let you unlock an item of your choice from the Treasure Book.
There are also two codes in the magazine that let you unlock 1,000 coins. (500 coins per code)
