Examining the image, you can see a “to capture list, a photo of Gary, a mug saying Illustrious Leader Supreme, a computer of some sort, blueprints, a red light, and a post-it note reading “Enjoy it before I destroy it”. Uh oh!

Looks like missions might be returning after all. I’m getting really excited now. Hard to believe we’ve had to wait two years for the Blackout, but I am sure CP has had their reasons.

Train,don’t you think that there will be a new agency or something? I hope operation blackout will be like the PSA missions,not in-game. but it would also be cool if the effects were in-game too (like darkness)
