There is now a new video uploaded to Club Penguin’s YouTube channel. This one has to do with meeting Rookie. (don’t worry, it’s not a Fair sneak peek!) Because it’s another mascot meetup, just like with the other ones this video is from the Australian Club Penguin Team.
The details are: September 21st in the server Crunch at 4:00 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time, 4:00 PM British Summer Time, and 4:00 PM (Pacific Daylight Time) Penguin Standard Time.

Train, i emailed club penguin. They said rookie will not have a new background for the fair.
Odd, because in CP’s files it says this:

He is right because i met Rookie and he had the Box Dimension Giveaway.
I think this background will be released NEXT week and if u want to be sure that rookie will release a new background then just ASK polofield :)

I don’t know, since it doesn’t have Rookie’s autograph and if you wore it your penguin would be covering Rookie…
