Tips on finding Rookie on your own
Rookie is found in crowded servers, but can and will visit more quiet ones. You have the best chance finding him at the Dock, Beach, and Underwater.

WOHOO, i just saw rookie on a french server called Floco and i also added him =D yay after 2 days of searching i finnaly found him and he is awesome :D
