On the 8th of January Club Penguin has updated in 2010 and 2015. In 2010 the play at the Stage was changed, a new login screen was released, and the featured postcards were updated. In 2015 there was a new edition of the Penguin Style, a new pin was hidden on the island, Club Penguin’s homepage was updated, and a new issue of Club Penguin’s magazine was now available in the UK.
The play at the Stage on this day in 2010 was Fairy Fables. This was its third show. The play had the same set, same catalogue, and same script as before. A new login screen advertising the Fairy Fables play was added, so I guess that counts as something new.
As for the featured postcards, the new ones were Cool Name, Awesome Outfit, I Like Your Outfit, Igloo Party, and Fairy Fables.
In 2015 Club Penguin had a few updates. The main one that day was a new edition of the Penguin Style for that month. It mostly featured new items relating to Star Wars Rebels, which was that month’s takeover party. Club Penguin also updated their homepage to advertise the upcoming party, which was beginning on the 22nd.
There was also a new pin hidden on the island, the 295th one overall. It was the Rebels Pin. This pin is the third pin to be hidden at the School.
The final update in 2015 took place out of game. The 39th issue of Club Penguin’s magazine was now available in shops in the United Kingdom.
