Here’s a great move on Club Penguin’s end – they now offer customer support on their @SupportAtCP Account! Hours are 8AM – 4PM GMT. Other ways you can contact them is via email and phone.
Hopefully the response time is quick without a wait. It’ll be interesting to see how they handle things such as verifying information and even managing responses under 140 characters.
