Club Penguin Rockhopper Tracker February 2013
Rockhopper visits Club Penguin every few months. You will know when he is coming when you see his ship, The Migrator, in the Telescope. When Rockhopper is visiting Club Penguin he always has his Puffle, Yarr, with him. If you find Rockhopper you will earn a stamp. You can also get a free background from him, which changes from time to time.

Tips for finding Rockhopper on your own
Rockhopper usually visits crowded and popular servers such as Abominable, Alpine, and Sleet. However, he can and will sometimes visit less populated servers – however when he does, word spreads quickly and the rooms fill up with penguins trying to get his background.

I found him! But not with this tracker :(
I added the tracker to my site, along with all the rest (I had to type all the letters on Microsoft Word, and keep looking back!) -

also I know a way to get rockhoppers bg without meeting him. if hes on your friend list (like hes on mine) click on his user and click on the bg logo to get the bg. I figured this out at the adventure party
