Club Penguin Herbert Tracker 2013
Herbert is one of the villains on Club Penguin. He also has an accomplice, Klutzy. Herbert was first introduced in the PSA missions, beginning in 2007. He is a Polar Bear and wants to make Club Penguin warm. He constantly tries to attack. He attacked Club Penguin at the end of May using the Hydras from the 2011 Medieval Party, but failed. He was most recently at Operation Blackout.

hello.Im finnnaly gonna tell you how to make people think you are herbert if you are in the EPF.First go home and if you have a yeti suit put it on.Step two go to the EPF and perswade everyone your herbert.Final step once people think your herbert you start running from them.But it might be tricky now because herbert is locked up so if he ever breaks out then you can pretend to be herbert.
