On the 18th of December there were two updates in 2009. There was a new pin and that year’s Holiday Party. Coins For Change 2009 started the week before so it was already in full swing.
The new pin released on the 18th of December was the Snowman Pin. The Snowman Pin is Club Penguin’s 109th pin and was the seventh pin to be hidden at the Lodge Attic. On the other hand, the Holiday Party transformed the whole island into a winter wonderland. The free item for all players was the Santa Hat, a returning item. You could pick it up at the Ski Village. Members could go to the Dance Lounge to access Santa’s Sled and get the free santa Suit by delivering 15 presents.
