Here is what Club Penguin said in addition to giving the sneak peek:
“Own The Runway” first appeared in Club Penguin in February 2012 during the Fashion Show. Over the next few weeks, we’ll be updating some of our favorite Club Penguin rooms with brand new art and music. As part of this update, we’ll be adding “Own The Runway” to the Gift Shop! Stay tuned to the Club Penguin blog for more news.

i got a cheat that everyone can do here are the steps
step 1:when your on cp and tomorrow is a party go to night like 7:00-8:00
step 2:when you go to a server you will see party rooms going on but sometimes it will say lost connection because their working on the party

why can’t the gift shop be the gift shop?.
the new look is kinda to dark inside,and sometimes i like it quiet and light in the gift shop,sometimes i have other internet tabs on my laptop and lets me hear the sound.

Maybe the new gift shops dark in the picture due to the blackout and Herbert may do something to make us have to repair the gift-shop.
