As first noticed by Club Penguin Blogger Saraapril today, Herbert P. Bear’s ClubHerbert.com website has been updated once again. This time there is an all new background on the computer. You can see a target aimed directly at the Everyday Phoning Facility. The string and Dot’s image have also been added.
