On this day in 2009 there were two small Club Penguin updates. A new pin, the Toy Sailboat, was hidden. It was located in the Coffee Shop on the couch in the left corner. The pin hidden before the Toy Sailboat was the Beach Umbrella. The pin hidden after the Toy Sailboat was the Sand Castle. The Toy Sailboat Pin was the fifth pin to be hidden in the Coffee Shop.

The second update on this day in 2009 was the new igloo music. The newly added tracks were the following.

• Keytar Jam
• Rocksteady
• All-Access Pass
• Rocking Pizza
